Sponsored by Torch High Technology Industry Development Center (Torch Center) of Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of the People’s Republic of China and OSEO Innovation (France), organized by International Technology Transfer Center (ITTC), the Third CTIBO General Assembly was held in Beijing China, on April 25, 2008.

CTIBO project is a European initiative under Asia-Invest Alliance, managed by OSEO Innovation (France) and Innofund (China), aiming to promote cooperation between Chinese and French technological organizations and companies. This project lasts three years (July, 2005 - July, 2008). Nine Chinese technology Intermediate organizations in China, one French intermediate organization have been recognized as members and ITTC is one of them.

The Third CTIBO General Assembly was proceeding in line with three subjects including bilateral cooperation, the overall development of CTIBO program and its conclusion and prospect. Representatives from French embassy, Torch Center, OSEO Innovation and the other members voiced their observation and opinions on the issue of bilateral cooperation on which the discussion focused seeking local partners and supporting cross-border technology cooperation among small and medium-sized enterprises.
