International Technology Transfer Center (ITTC) is

• A state-level technology transfer center recognized by China State Economic & Trade Commission and the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
• A supporting unit of international technology cooperation designated by the Ministry of Science & Technology of the People’s Republic of China

In order to develop and promote international technology transfer, as the biggest share holder, Tsinghua University initiated and founded Coway International TechTrans Co., Ltd.. Tsinghua University entrusts Coway International TechTrans Co., Ltd. to commercialize Tsinghua University’ scientific and technological achievements, to carry out technology commercialization and technology management of International Technology Transfer Center (ITTC) of Tsinghua University.
